Topping Out Ceremony Held at Imperial Avenue Downtown Dubai
JLL, Shapoorji Pallonji International Property Developers (SPIPD) and project partners gathered on site to celebrate a major step forward in its development.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates – 24 August 2022: The project, once complete, will redefine luxury residential offerings in Burj Khalifa Street with its innovative approach to architecture, engineering and sustainable design.
The topping out ceremony signified the completion of its structure, reaching the highest point at 47 floors – casting of its upper-level roof.
