About the project

Shapoorji Pallonji International Property Developers (SPIPD), the development arm of the Indian business group Shapoorji Pallonji, is in the process of developing its flagship residential project in the UAE - Imperial Avenue, Downtown Dubai.

Located on Burj Khalifa Street in Downtown Dubai, one of the world’s most celebrated neighbourhoods, Imperial Avenue is a new-build 45-storey development with five levels of podium parking and limited Grade A retail options on the ground floor. The development offers an impressive array of 424 high-end apartments, penthouses and villas with private pools. Luxury amenities include a sprawling 10,000sqft lobby, two infinity pools with city views, landscaped gardens, fitness centre, recreational area and a mini theatre – creating a contemporary urban lifestyle.

With a built-up area of 81,713sqm GFA, the residential building will be fitted out with sustainable designs, including energy-saving technologies, solar panels, grey water treatment, 6D BIM technology and other smart features.

JLL was initially appointed to provide cost management services. Our role was subsequently extended to include project management, construction management and HSE expertise.
