Tetra Pak launches new office in Casablanca

The challenge

With their lease coming to an end, Tetra Pak, the world's leading food processing and packaging solutions company, seized the opportunity to relocate and create a brand-new office space in Casablanca Finance City (CFC) that embodies their commitment to sustainability, employee well-being, and collaboration.

The JLL approach

JLL's Project & Development Services team played a pivotal role in bringing Tetra Pak's global “Future Work Experience” vision to life, providing design solutions, project management, cost management, and sustainability services.

From design management to completion of the fit-out, JLL worked closely with the client and interior designer, tp bennett, to ensure that the project was delivered in a sustainable and effective manner. In-depth knowledge of corporate office fit-out, proactive collaboration with consultants and the utilisation of in-house cost benchmarking allowed the team to meet the budget without compromising quality and sustainability goals.

Bringing it to life

The new Tetra Pak office blends modern design with a Moroccan flair, creating an inspiring and collaborative workspace that embraces the local culture while prioritising sustainability and employee well-being.

To ensure accessibility and inclusivity, the office offers a diverse range of spaces tailored to different work styles and requirements. These include workstations, focus rooms, phone booths, breakout areas, huddle rooms, meeting rooms, wellness rooms, a pantry, and an informal work area.

Daylight is maximised throughout the office and planters are incorporated to ensure a consistent presence of greenery. Natural materials and warm palettes are used to create an inviting and comfortable environment.

Local materials such as Moroccan Zellige tiles, known for their craftsmanship and limewash paint, were used to add character and local touch to the office. These elements not only add character but also pay tribute to the local culture while supporting local businesses.
