About the project
Al Tayer Stocks (ATS) is a leading building and interior contracting company in the United Arab Emirates. The company had been operating in a traditional office environment across multiple floors, which was no longer fit for purpose.
With its employees at the heart of our client’s approach, JLL was enlisted to design a brand-new office space to consolidate its business operations into a single headquarters that connects the workforce and encourages interaction, well-being and experience.
Working in partnership with ATS, our team developed a workplace strategy aligned with the way they work, business goals, and financial objectives. This formed the basis for creating a workspace that embodied the company’s brand, services and culture.
From large meeting rooms to individual workstations and cafe, there is an area for everyone. Taking inspiration from the neighbourhood design concept, spatial planning was developed around key zones - working zones, meeting rooms, collaboration zones, social zones and quiet zones – creating fluidity between all spaces and enabling new ways of working.
To reflect the company’s identity and the different business lines, the office is fitted with bespoke design features and industrial aesthetics, showcasing building materials and high-quality craftsmanship.
As shifting to an open plan office was a difficult transition for some ATS employees, our team subsequently provided change management services to support their employees settle into the new headquarters.
