Nearly 53,000 sq.m. of office space was completed in Q3, increasing the total office stock to around 2.1 million sq.m.

Improved economic conditions are reflected in stabilised prices, reduced vacancy rates, and a positive PMI reading.

The outsourcing and ICT sectors are poised for development, supported by operational cost advantages and government investment.
