Cairo's residential market saw a strong start to the year with the delivery of approximately 7,500 units in the first quarter.

Both sales and rental rates in Cairo continued to grow at a moderate pace as economic conditions stabilise.

Rising living costs have shifted preferences towards smaller, budget-friendly, finished units within mixed-use developments.
