JLL appoints Head of Markets for Project & Development Services Saudi Arabia and Bahrain

Riyadh, KSA; 12 November 2024 – JLL, a leading professional services firm specialised in real estate, investment management, and development consultancy services, has appointed Clarke Morton-Shepherd as its Head of Markets for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain for Project & Development Services (P&DS).

Clarke’s expertise spans a wide range of disciplines, from project and cost management to leadership in large-scale developments. His reputation for a client-centric approach and his in-depth knowledge of the region makes him an ideal fit for driving the growth of P&DS’ integrated services in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, including project managementcost management, and fit-out solutions.

Clarke will be responsible for expanding JLL’s footprint in both markets with a focus on Saudi Arabia, building on the company’s strong reputation for delivering excellence in project and development services. He will also oversee key client relationships and ensure the highest quality of service in one of the region’s most dynamic and rapidly growing markets.
