Forbes International Tower

During the 53rdAnnual Meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Magnom Properties and Forbes announced their plans to develop an innovative, environmentally responsive tower in the heart of the rising New Administrative Capital in Cairo, Egypt. JLL, a leading professional services firm specializing in real estate, investment management, and development consultancy, has been appointed to provide project management, cost management and construction management services for the tower, from project initiation and concept design, through to construction and handover. JLL will also provide retail advisory services to Magnom Properties.

Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture (AS+GG Architecture), the planned ‘Forbes International Tower’ marks the start of a new era of building design as Magnom Properties, a subsidiary of Rawabi Holding, pushes the boundaries of modern construction to pursue a zero-carbon strategy in collaboration with Forbes.
