The challenge
The client, a global investment firm, had outgrown its workspace and needed a new office to accommodate its ever-growing business needs while aligning with modern workplace trends. The objective was to create an environment that is sustainable, offers diverse work setups, and includes both functional and recreational areas—all within a set budget and timeline. As a previous client of JLL, they sought our expertise once again.
The JLL approach
Our Project & Development Services team took a holistic approach by offering a comprehensive solution that included project management, cost management, interior design, and MEP services. Commencing with strategic design space planning to optimise the office square footage, the team focused on creating a human-centric design that balanced functionality with innovation, ensuring every element contributed to a future-proof office.
Bringing it to life
The design maximises natural light from two directions, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. It offers a variety of work environments, all fitted out with natural materials. The space includes ergonomic workstations, private offices, and various collaboration areas such as phone booths, huddle spaces, and meeting rooms. To enhance employee well-being and productivity, the office also features recreational spaces like a game room and a well-equipped pantry. Practical amenities such as coffee stations, storage areas, print rooms, and IT facilities are strategically placed throughout the office for convenience and efficiency.
