Appointed by Cairo-headquartered real estate company Tameer, JLL is providing project management and cost management services on their latest project, Urban Business Lane (UBL), in the heart of New Cairo.
UBL is part of Tameer’s master development on a site over 115 acres. The project is a 90,000 sqm mixed-use development that comprises office buildings, retail spaces, parks, landscaping, public utilities and infrastructure. It is designed to cater to large corporations, SMEs, and start-ups, with modern and flexible office spaces outdoors amid nature.
As our client’s delivery partner, our team will be involved throughout the project lifecycle from project initiation, masterplan design, planning and programming, stakeholder management, procurement of the works packages, construction, and handover.
