“The new campus is the first project to be implemented in the Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City, setting a new standard for non-profit private education in the Kingdom."

H.E. Dr. Mohammad Al Hayaza, Chairman of the Misk Schools Board

The new MiSK Schools campus in Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City (MiSK City) – the first non-profit city in the world - will welcome over 1,000 students on opening.

The 210,000sqm campus boasts environmentally friendly, sustainable and technologically connected designs with modern, flexible learning spaces. It comprises nine school buildings with a built-up area of 110,000sqm to accommodate students aged three to 18 years. Each school features academic classrooms, a library, art and design studios, science and food technology labs, Arabic culture hubs, an IT suite, a music room and a kitchen to support its “farm to table” program.

Facilities include three professional-style auditoriums with a seating capacity of up to 850 and an exhibition gallery for cultural showcases. The campus will also have 25m and 50m Olympic swimming pools, a sports hall with 12 multi-purpose courts, a gymnastics hall, two FIFA standard synthetic grass pitches and two 400m Olympic athletics tracks.

As the PMO partner for the non-profit city scheme since January 2019, our role includes delivery of this prestigious school as the Asset Delivery Director. Working alongside the client and project management team, we are managing this project from initial feasibility and design to enabling works, construction, and subsequent fit-out.

H.E. Dr. Mohammad Al Hayaza, Chairman of the Misk Schools Board said, “The new campus is the first project to be implemented in the Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City, setting a new standard for non-profit private education in the Kingdom.”
