EL&N partners with JLL to expand its presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, rolling out a series of outlets across the country

The challenge

When EL&N decided to scale their iconic world’s most “instagrammable” cafes across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the boutique café group needed a partner to guide the delivery of new outlets nationwide.

To roll out more than 10 EL&N cafes across the Kingdom, JLL’s Project & Development Services team were entrusted to lead the way. Our team provided project and cost management services, delivering each branch from inception through to fitout and completion to the highest quality while effectively managing costs to maintain its distinct style and vibe.

Bringing it to life

With EL&N’s signature interior design and ambitious expansion plan, experience in high-end fitouts were required to fully appreciate and turn their precise expectations into reality. As experts in this sector, JLL’s Project & Development Services team assisted Upscale Brands Food Company in creating a series of picture-perfect cafes while improving their speed to market.

How JLL helped EL&N to SEE A BRIGHTER WAY

The first EL&N café opened in April 2022 at The Zone in Al Muhammadiyah District, Riyadh having been delivered under an extremely tight timeframe. Our team worked relentlessly with international designers, helping source locally available finishes which matched the design intent of the EL&N signature look and feel while maintaining the project programme. 

Since then, our team has delivered multiple branches including Riyadh Front, Riyadh Park, The Alley, Panorama Mall, and Boulevard 7th Avenue. We are currently delivering EL&N Signature which is expected to be handed later this year. In Jeddah, we delivered EL&N café in Atelier la Vie, and The Village. We are also currently delivering Yacht Club which is expected to be handed over later this year.
