With 15 years of consulting experience, Mireille has extensive knowledge of real estate supply and demand modelling and analysis, master planning support, advanced financial modelling, portfolio advisory, development strategies for major developers, as well as supporting planning authorities in the formulation of forward-looking city-wide urban framework plans.

Mireille has advised on a large number of high profile and complex developments across GCC, Levant, North Africa and Sub – Saharan Africa with a combined land area exceeding 250 million sqm. Mireille is a specialist in mega projects and has provided development recommendations, phasing strategies development advice, and financial analysis for more than seven mega projects with a land area exceeding 20 million sqm each.

Mireille holds a Masters’ degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut – Lebanon. Besides her professional qualifications, Mireille has completed several training programs on the subjects of valuations, due diligences and advanced financial modelling.
