Benjamin Jackson

Head of Project and Development Services, Middle East & North Africa

Ben is currently the Head of Project & Development Services for MENA at JLL. He is an experienced industry professional working on some of the largest programmes around the region with a team of over 300 consultants.

Ben is currently the Head of Project & Development Services for Middle East & North Africa at JLL MENA. He is an experienced industry professional spending his career working in the UK and the Middle East.

Ben joined JLL in 2014 to help set up the Project & Development Services business focusing on programme management, project management, development management and cost management. JLL’s Project & Development services team are currently working on some of the largest programmes around the region with a team of over 300 consultants.

Ben joined JLL from a large design, engineering and delivery firm, where he ran the commercial projects team. Ben’s team were responsible for delivering over 2 mil sqm of built assets in the leisure, tourism, hospitality, retail and commercial sectors in 2013.

Ben has been in the UAE for 10 years and prior to his time in the UAE he worked for practices in London. He is a trained Architect and worked in design delivery prior to moving into project management. He has also spent time in Australia working for a contracting entity.

Ben’s roles have been extremely varied and his previous roles as Contractor, Architect and Project Manager have led him to be involved in all aspects of the project life cycle. Ben has experience in acting as Project and Development Director in large scale mixed use schemes as well as running multiple project consultancy teams for various clients and developers.
