JLL MENA, the world's leading real estate investment and advisory firm, has been named in the first ever ‘Best Employers in Middle East 2009’ study by Hewitt Associates. The study is a definitive benchmark and recognises the leading organisations of the Middle East as outstanding places to work.

JLL MENA is the only firm from the real estate industry to be included in the ‘Best Employer in Middle East’ 2009 list. The Hewitt study recognises six multinational corporations and six regional companies across all industries for their commitment to human resources management and career development. Hewitt Associates is the world’s foremost provider of HR outsourcing and consulting services.

The Hewitt ​ ‘Best Employers in Middle East’ list was drawn up by a panel of human resources professionals, business leaders and academics. It was compiled after reviewing surveys from staff and CEOs of over 250 MNCs and large regional organisations, representing a workforce of over 150,000 employees. This was the largest and most comprehensive employee-based study ever conducted in the Middle East region.
